Barbara Walters must not be happy that not only does Lindsay Lohan have an interview booked with Jay Leno, but this morning she was just on GMA live in Time Square to talk about life and her experience filming Liz & Dick (which has received rave reviews). She was also just on Jimmy Fallon the other night, but for more of a comedy sketch.
On GMA today, Lindsay Lohan learned for the first time that she has a 17-year-old half-sister, given that her father, Michael Lohan aired the DNA results on television yesterday. “I didn’t even hear that, so thanks for the news,” said Lindsay. When asked about what it’s like for her family problems constantly being in the headlines, she responded, “I don’t pay attention to any of it. I can’t. I don’t really want to get into that because I want to stay on the positive side of things.”
With Liz & Dick airing on November 25, Lindsay hopes fans will see her love for acting. “I’m reading scripts every day. I keep calling my agents. I’m like, ‘Just keep me on set. It’s safer that way,'” Lohan said. “I’m in a great place. I just want to move forward, keep working,” Lohan said of her future. “I’m in the process of kind of moving and spending time with my family and just be happy.”
