Hands down Les Miserables is the film I’m most excited to see this holiday season. What can I say, I’m a musical junkie. With stars like Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried and Hugh Jackman on board, how can I not be stoked. To kick start the Les Miserables promotion onslaught, Anne Hathaway posed for the cover of Vogue’s December issue. Shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, the 30-year-old dazzles for a stunning photo spread. Inside the issue, Hathaway discusses losing weight and cutting her hair for the role of Fantine.
In addition to Anne’s editorial and modern-day photo shoot, the actress along with her Les Mis co-stars donned their period costumes for a gorgeous pictorial. Once again, Leibovitz was enlisted to capture the stunning photos. Whether the film goes on to Oscar glory, one thing is certain, the movie adaption of Victor Hugo’s classic will look gorgeous. It’s definitely a frontrunner for the Best Costume category. Check out the photos below.
