We’ve always known that Lady Gaga was a bit of character, but now, she’s ready to prove just how much to the world. It has been officially announced that Gaga will make her acting debut in the upcoming sequel, “Machete Kills.” News broke after director Robert Rodriguez tweeted the following message:

“I just finished working with @LadyGaga on @MacheteKills, she kicked SO MUCH ASS! Holy Smokes. Blown away!”

Following the tweet, Rodriguez revealed a new poster for the film revealing Gaga as the character of La Chameleón wearing a wolf shall. Mother Monster then confirmed the news with a tweet to her fans. Gaga is already joining a slew of famous famous for the sequel including Jessica Alba, Sofia Vergara, Vanessa Hudgens and Charlie Sheen as the President of the United States.

“Yes its true, I will be making my debut as an actress in the amazing MACHETE KILLS BY @RODRIGUEZ IM SO EXCITED!!! AH! Filming was insane.”
