Tik Tok, get ready for her album to come out tomorrow – January 5th, 2010 to be exact! And, it’s good! I first heard her hit single, Tik Tok while watching a Hills episode in the highly anticipated season 6, and it was an instant iPod must for me! She received her first number one with this song in New Zealand, with Canada and Australia coming shortly after! We know what’s good!

She’s been really busy promoting her album lately, having just performed at Jingle Fair on December 11th in Madison Square Garden and it was also recently announced that she’ll be joining a bunch of other talented ladies in Lilith Fair 2010!

My Favorite 3 Tracks

3. Take It Off: This song is super fun – very upbeat, sexual, good for the gym or for pumping you up for a night out. The tune starts out kinda like that song, “In the land of Oz, where the women wear no bras, but the men don’t care cuz they wear no underwear.” Did you ever hear that as a kid? Well, those aren’t the lyrics in this song, but it reminded of it. The chorus in this one is “Everybody Take It Off.”

2. Blah Blah Blah (Feat. 3OH!3): “Don’t be a little bitch with your chit chat, just show me where your dick is at.” Yup, she says that. Another fun, sexual song. Hmm, I think there’s a trend here. This one is another good partying song, with a lot of attitude.

1.Tik Tok: Of course this hit song has to be number one on my list. I’ve listened to it about a hundred times, and luckily there have been some great remixes (Wolfedelic Club Mix and Tom Neville’s Crunk + Med Mix) to prolong the song’s life in my playlist too…. I tend to listen to songs I like so much, that I get sick of them quickly.

Definitely recommend this album for the wild, sexy Kesha Animal inside you! Some other songs I like are Boots & Boys and Your Love is My Drug.
