Do you ever wonder what goes on backstage at one of your favorite pop superstar mega arena tours? You know there has to be some crazy antics and an all out good time going on. Well, thankfully, Katy Perry’s has given us a little taste of what life was like on the road during her East Coast leg of her California Dreams Tour with opening act, Robyn.
In the video, we see Katy backstage with her dancers, primping for the show, meet and greets with fans and a cute interview with Robyn explaining how Katy truly understands the teenage dream the young girls live for in America. I also love the little cameo of Kathy Beth Terry near the end. Absolutely hilarious. Watch this video and join me as we all wish we could be the lucky people dancing with Robyn at the end.

I go to a lot of concerts, and I can honestly say that katy’s california dreams tour concert was one of THE BEST concerts I had been to this year! I got to see her in San Jose and it was soo much fun (and it was a Friday too!)! She really puts on an amazing show; the costumes, the singing, the dancing, the set, the storyline, the scent (arena is cotton candy scented!), and the audience interaction – everything! If you get a chance to see her in concert, you should go! AND the price is definitely right for big ticket arena show! I had floor seats for San Jose and I think all together with tax and all of stupid ticketmaster’s fees it was around 70$ US. I’m going to see her again in november in Oakland!
Only thing I was not satisfied about was Jessie J wasn’t there @ san jose show and I’d really wanted to see her :( and I wish Robyn had been there too!
