Justin Timberlake has performed at the Super Bowl Halftime Show twice before. First with NSYNC in 2001 and then three years later with Janet Jackson for that infamous wardrobe malfunction. Though it’s his third time at the big event, the 36-year-old “Filthy” singer is treating his headlining gig at this year’s show as his first.
Pepsi just released a behind-the-scenes clip of Timberlake’s journey to Minneapolis as he preps for the world’s biggest stage. “I am getting the opportunity to have the stage to myself,” Timberlake says in the clip. “I really am looking at it as my first time.”
Super Bowl LII takes place on February 4. Pink is set to perform the national anthem while Hamilton star Leslie Odom Jr. will sing “America the Beautiful.” Check out a preview of Justin’s show below. I have no doubt it’ll be a spectacular one.
