Taylor Swift has made a career of turning heartbreak into record sales. It only makes sense that Justin Bieber take a page from the “I Knew You Were Trouble” singer’s playbook. The 18-year-old Canadian pop star just debuted his brand new song on Billboard.com. A track he wrote about his breakup with longtime girlfriend, Selena Gomez. Dare I say it, but I absolutely love it. I kinda like this gentler less-cocky side of him.

“Nothing Like Us” will appear on his album, Believe Acoustic, available today. The remix compilation will feature brand new acoustic arrangements of several tracks from Believe along with brand new songs, “Yellow Raincoat” and “I Would.” In addition to giving the exclusive premiere to Billboard magazine and gracing the cover, Bieber sits down for, according to him, his “most honest” interview yet.
