Just before US Thanksgiving, Universal Pictures shared the first look at Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. It featured Chris Pratt interacting with a baby Velociraptor. Ahead of the first full-length trailer coming Thursday, December 7, the studio gives fans another quick look at the highly-anticipated dino sequel.
The fifteen second teaser shows Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and newcomer Justice Smith running for their lives from a herd of dinosaurs. What did they expect would happen by returning to Isla Nublar?
Colin Trevorrow directed and wrote the screenplay for Jurassic World. This time around, the 41-year-old not only wrote the script again, but will also executive produce with Steven Spielberg. However, he handed over directing duties to J. A. Bayona (The Impossible).
Original cast member Jeff Goldblum returns to the franchise. He last appeared as Dr. Ian Malcolm in The Lost World: Jurassic Park. James Cromwell and B.D. Wong also star.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom arrives June 22, 2018. Check out the very quick preview below.
