There’s no official word when the first trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will drop. Some speculate it’ll debut when Star Wars: The Last Jedi arrives in theaters on December 15. If you can’t wait that long, Colin Trevorrow has shared a very quick look at the highly-anticipated sequel.
Trevorrow directed and wrote the screenplay for Jurassic World. This time around, the 41-year-old once again wrote the script but will also executive produce with Steven Spielberg. However, he handed over directing duties to J. A. Bayona (The Impossible). The five-second clip he shared features Chris Pratt interacting with a baby Velociraptor.
“With all of the wonder, adventure and thrills synonymous with one of the most popular and successful franchises in cinema history, this all-new motion-picture event sees the return of favorite characters and dinosaurs—along with new breeds more awe-inspiring and terrifying than ever before.”
Pratt reprises his role along with Bryce Dallas Howard and B.D. Wong. Original cast member Jeff Goldblum returns to the franchise. He last appeared as Dr. Ian Malcolm in The Lost World: Jurassic Park. James Cromwell also stars.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom arrives June 22, 2018. Check out the very quick preview below.
