Joe Jonas Is A “Love Slayer” In New Track

Yeah, how’s that purity ring working out for you? LOL – I kid. Joe Jonas, who is opening for Britney on her European Tour, has just released an up beat club song called “Love Slayer” and I’m definitely a fan. He co-wrote the song with Chris Brown which isn’t a bad thing, considering how many hits Brown has written. Jonas sings, “Causing nothing by trouble babe / And I want more of it / Causing nothing but trouble babe / And I think I love it”. He tells AOL Music:

“I want the fans to hopefully have fun with this record — to listen to it, enjoy it, to really feel like they can cut loose,” he tells AOL Music. “I wrote with the intention that the fans will relate with what I am going through.”

He is having contest to encourage people to remix his song. The best version as chosen by him get the chance to be released through Hollywood Records along with the album. Nice!

JOE JONAS – “LOVE SLAYER”

After you hear it, let me know what you think. I also have to say, in certain parts, the back track reminds me of a song on Madonna’s “Confessions On A Dancefloor.”

Here’s the remix of the song done by Jump Smokers:
