Thought I would write a bit more about my favorite gadget and the Apps that make it so wonderful. I am still haven’t reviewed the 3gS but I did get to see (didn’t dare touch) Steve H’s new 3gS this weekend and it looks as lovely as I had imagined. Anyway, I thought I would write a monthly snippet about the App that is solving my life’s little dilemmas, or at least enhancing my enjoyment thereof.
In an effort to get in better shape I have been taking the advise of my fellow Homorazzian, Jamie, and his article about interval training. I started about a month ago and have really been enjoying the morning seawall sprints!! Aside from being sick last week, you’ll have a harder time keeping me in bed than getting me up; I love the adrenaline rush I get from the morning activity :) Thanks Jamie!!
I only had two problems initially with Jamie’s workout:
1. I listen to my iPhone when I run and can’t hear my watch.
2. I don’t know how to /slash/ don’t even think my watch is capable of beeping every 30 seconds.
Enter the iPhone pick of the month - “Routine Timer”That’s it for this month… I’ll be back next month with another iPhone App of the month. Until then: RIP all iPhones whose lives were tragically taken this Seattle Pride. Some drown, were dropped, or urinated on… In particular, the white 3g formerly living with Brady whose life was tragically taken during a photo shoot - you’ll be missed. And Matt - I don’t know you well enough to tell the story but a sad and tragic death to a loved iPhone non-the-less. Although the passing of an iPhone will leave a temporary sms/email/twitter/facebook shortage in its owners life… Apple will soon create a shortage in their wallets as it is promptly replaced with a 3gS ;)
Later -Brian

I am quite tempted to download this thing now and retire my running watch. Seems perfect - thanks, Brian!
