When you go through your rolodex of sexy Hollywood men or burly athletes, who would you pick as your top gay icon? Would you pick the masculine and beefy Hugh Jackman or the softer, gentler Neil Patrick Harris. Would you wrap your arms around Ben Cohen or save your kisses for Anton Hysen. Well, a new Bollywood gay icon is popping up in the news after Madame Tussauds claimed that this man’s wax figure was the most kissed… by men!
Meet Hrithik Roshan. Born in Mumbai, Roshan was a child actor in Bollywood films in the 1980′s. He made his debut as a leading man in the year 2000 in the film Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai. For this role, he received a Filmfare Award for Best Actor and another for Best Male Debut. India’s highest-grossing film in the overseas market and his biggest commercial success to date came doing the film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham which premiered in 2001. Now he is classified as one of India’s most accomplished leading contemporary actors of Hindi cinema.
With all of his accomplishments, it’s no wonder he’s become a role model or an icon for many. But the Times of India say that among the Top 10 kissed statues at Madame Toussauds, Roshan’s is one of them. The said, “recent reports from the museum are reason enough on why he is being tagged as the new gay icon in the online community. The museum’s records reveal that not only is Hrithik amongst the most kissed actors but most of his kissing fans happen to be men. And these men are kissing him at all the ‘right’ places. Hrithik Mania was as good as Leo-Mania in India when he was first seen on screen. i remember buying a Hrithik t-shirt as a 12yr old!

I admire several Bollywood hunks, and Hrithik Roshan is certainly high ranking among them. He’s very handsome, but should never let anyone shave or clip a single hair off his very sexy body. I don’t like that the American shave-craze has invaded the shores India. God put the masculine hair on their beautiful bodies and that’s exactly where it should remain.
