Over the weekend, Marvel Comics unveiled the complete cast for the highly-anticipated film The Avengers. The movie isn’t scheduled to hit theaters until 2012, but the buzz has reached astonishing heights already. During Comic-Con, the already announced avengers Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Clark Gregg (Agent Coulson) and director Joss Whedon were joined by the latest actor to don the green skin of The Incredible Hulk.
42-year-old actor Mark Ruffalo joins the elite club of actors to portray the comic book hero. He’s the third actor in seven years to take on the Bruce Banner role. Eric Bana starred in Ang Lee’s much-maligned Hulk in 2003 and Edward Norton took over the role in 2008’s The Incredible Hulk. Though a great actor, Ruffalo isn’t the first to come to mind when casting a super hero, but that out-of-the-box thinking might work well for the ensemble film.

Out of the three actors, Eric Bana is the hottest piece of ass, while Edward Norton seems the smartest and Mark Ruffalo the coolest. But since this is a site that’s easily swayed by muscles and a hot accent, Eric Bana is tops in my books.
