When I think of romantic spots for a marriage proposal, the Eiffel Tower, on top of the Empire State Building or a dim-light restaurant come to mind. For Spencer however, it’s his local Home Depot. You’d think he was a lesbian or something 😉 Flash mob wedding proposals are a dime a dozen these days, but when one is as joyous as this one, you simply have to check it out. It’s obvious they’re so in love with each other.
Dustin arrived at the Home Depot in Salt Lake City thinking he was there to help his roommate pick out some lighting for a party. When he was taken to the lumber aisle, what he found waiting for him was a mob of friends and family as his marriage proposal unfolded to the song, “Somebody Loves You” by Betty Who. I’m sure most of you have seen this by now, but just in case you haven’t, here it is.
Side note: If Brian ever did something like this, I 100 percent would jet out of that Home Depot faster than Usain Bolt running the 100 meter dash at the Olympics. Not that I wouldn’t appreciate the sentiment, but because I HATE, HATE, HATE being the center of attention. My friends reading this are probably laughing right now, but it’s true. Contrary to common perception, I like being behind the scenes. Ergo why I’m not on the Homorazzi show.
