Glee has a ‘Grease‘-themed episode in store for viewers coming up on Thursday, November 15. The episode will feature nine songs from the hit musical/movie, including “Greased Lightening” sang by the Glee cast which was just released today as a preview.
In “Greased Lightening,” it’s a mixture of old and new Glee stars with Cory Monteith, Harry Shum Jr., Kevin McHale, and Chord Overstreet singing with Samuel Larsen, Jacob Artist, and The Glee Project winner Blake Jenner.
Listen to the song below and check out the rest of the songs the Glee will be covering from Grease. Donovan, Brian and myself watch Olivia Newton John perform live earlier this summer and she sang a handful of songs from the movie. I’m certain she’ll be excited to see this episode, as will John Travolta.

Why is it that everything must include Cory on vocals? Did he cast himself as the lead? Is that it?
