Hands up if you knew it was National Vodka Day today? Certainly not me. I had no idea that it was today, let alone a specific day dedicated to vodka. Thankfully, our friends over at EFFEN Vodka informed us of this very special day. LOL. They sent over three drink recipes that will guarantee you celebrate this day with style and flair. Who doesn’t love a delicious cocktail mid-week right?

EFFEN® Cucumber Bloody Mary

2 parts EFFEN® Cucumber Vodka
2 Basil Leaves (torn)
4 parts Tomato Juice
3/4 parts Bloody Mary Seasoning

Method: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake. Pour into a serving glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh basil leaf.

EFFEN Cucumber 3.1 (Inspired by Phillip Lim)

1 ½ parts EFFEN® Cucumber Vodka
½ parts Dekuyper® Vanilla Liqueur
½ parts Fresh Lemon Juice
½ parts Simple Syrup
1 part Pineapple Juice

Method: Combine Ingredients in 3-piece shaker and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into chilled cocktail/martini glass. Garnish with Pineapple Wedge.

EFFEN® Z’tini (Inspired by Zac Posen)

2 parts EFFEN® Vodka
1 part Tonic Water
1 part Peach Juice

Method: Mix all ingredients well with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry.
