Chilling ‘Dark Night’ Movie Trailer, Inspired By Aurora Shootings

The first trailer for a haunting film loosely based around the 2012 massacre in Aurora, Colorado that took place during a screening of The Dark Knight Rises has been released. This documentary-style film by Tim Sutton is called Dark Night and follows the activities of six strangers of the course of one day. One of these individuals is the shooter.

This film won the Lanterna Magica Award at the Venice Film Festival and with gun ownership and gun violence in America still a huge problem, this is a must-see. Check out the trailer below.
