Need motivation to achieve your fitness goals? I definitely do, especially this time of year. It’s a slippery slope to gain weight during the holiday season. Thankfully, there’s plenty of guys on Instagram to keep me on track.
Dan Rockwell is a fitness model and certified personal trainer from Florida. He’s got that muscular All-American boy next door vibe going on. Check out plenty of pics of the 6’0″ stud below. The video of him synchronizing his flexed pecs to the beat is worth a view.

"In life, it’s not the genetic guy who wins or the guy with the most potential who wins; it’s the person with the greatest perseverance who wins. Always be willing to get up and go at it again and again. That’s the guy who has his hands raised later in life. That’s the guy you guys need to be." – #GregPlitt – When I first got involved in the fitness industry I constantly compared myself to others. I always thought, I can't look like him or I don't have the genetics but I always kept pushing forward and made improvements necessary. Although I don't look like my idols I have my own look. We all do. If you push yourself to constantly make improvements to your physique people will eventually notice. You will then be looked at with the guy with the great genetics?. So I encourage anyone in the industry to push themselves and don't listen to others or the voices in your head. We all have "great genetics" for building muscle. It may take months for some to reach there goals, others years but we all have a unique physique that are worth reaching its potential. #CreateYourself #Motivation
There’s so many different ways to look at someone. What they accomplish, how they react towards victory or loss, their service, their honor, the good the bad. Most only see a glimpse of someone and are quick to judge who they are by their appearance. The vanity of the mirror fades. When its all said and done what counts are the things that most people don’t see. @veteranvisionproject
