Get shredded or die trying ? . . I know I've said this before, but you really are what you eat. A lot of ppl wanna build lean, solid muscle but don't properly fuel there bodies to do so. Think about it like this. If you buy a brand new car that required premium fuel, but you fill it with the cheapest gas available, how would it run? Not very well. Think of your body as a brand new GTR. What you put in your body has a significant correlation to how you look/perform. One of the easiest things you can do is track your progress through a program like my fitness pal. It'll track your macros and calories to insure you're on track, and if you aren't, it's laid out in front of you so you can't make excuses. It's getting closer to the new year, how many of you plan on changing your diet around and getting on a consistent training program? #18 #tb

On the surface competing looks simple right? A bunch of tanned up tools stepping on stage comparing there abs and pecs, but trust me it's deeper than that for some people. Competing pushes you to your limit, physique and mentally. Mentally it can break you if you aren't ready for it. Training twice a day while being in a calorie deficit is brutal. You'll lose motivation. But the discipline you've acquired helps carry you the rest of the way. You wanna quit when it gets hard, but for some reason your crazy ass keeps going. Competing just takes you to a different mental level. Definitely a life changing experience. . . PS: competing is fun but post show depression hits hard when you realize you can't maintain that look year round, so be prepared ?
