Clean Bandit & Demi Lovato Debut ‘Solo’ Music Video

If anyone can give Cardi B a run for her money as a feature queen, it’s Demi Lovato. In the past year, the 25-year-old singer has teamed up with Luis Fonsi, Cheat Codes, Jax Jones, Q-Tip, DJ Khaled and most recently with Christina Aguilera on the anthemic “Fall In Line.” Her latest collabo finds her hooking up with UK hitmakers Clean Bandit.

Solo” is just the latest earworm from the UK trio, following their smashes “Symphony” featuring Zara Larsson, “I Miss You” with Julia Michaels and “Rockabye” assisted by Sean Paul and Anne-Marie. It’s an anthem about finding your independence, but I still maintain it’s about masturbation 😉

“I wanna f-woop woop woop, but I’m broken hearted / Cr-cr-cry but I like to party / T-t-touch but I got nobody / Here on my own / I wanna f-woop woop woop, but I’m broken hearted / Cr-cr-cry since the day we parted / T-t-touch but I got nobody / So I do it solo,” Lovato sings on the chorus.

The accompanying visual has arrived. There’s no clear narrative but it’s a vibrant offering. Clean Bandit play chemists who develop a trippy liquid in an underground lab while Lovato rocks a floral top singing the track’s hook. In between, random images of a skater girl, rainbow-colored golden lab and more are shown. Check it out below.
