CBS 2017-2018 Season: All The Renewals & Cancellations (Updated)

I previously shared where ABC stood, heading into next week’s upfront presentations and now it’s time to see where CBS stands. The eye network still has a couple on-the-bubble shows in limbo, but here’s a list of what’s been decided so far.

CBS didn’t have a breakout hit like The Good Doctor for ABC, but a couple of freshmen series, Seal Team and SWAT, fared well enough to receive a sophomore run. In terms of comedy, The Big Bang Theory spinoff Young Sheldon met lofty expectations. Among other successes for the eye network this season include their reliable slate of crime procedurals like NCIS and its spinoffs.

Read below to see what else is coming back next season and what isn’t. By far, the most notable cancellation is veteran series Scorpion. Season 4 will be its last.

UPDATE: Since publish time, CBS has decided to cancel Kevin Can Wait after two seasons and renew Elementary for a seventh season.
