Up and coming pop singer Cady Groves is an Oklahoma native with a big dream. A recent signee of RCA Records, Cady is gearing up to release her debut solo LP later this year. Teaming up with some of the best producers that LA has to offer, Cady has been hitting the studio hard to write and record her debut effort. The 21-year-old singer prides herself in writing catchy melodies with brutally honest lyrics. Groves says her album will be about a girl just trying to figure out a life.

In her newest release titled “Love Actually,” Cady sings about losing someone in her life and it’s really screwed up. As she sings the hook of the track, she asks for sympathy from the one who broke her heart saying that it was actually love. The track really shows off Cady’s pop vocals which definitely still have a hint of that Oklahoma girl in there. The bright pop track is sure to resonate with a younger audience and pop music fans who like a little bit of a country edge. I think that if her album debuts a few darker, more mature-sounding tracks, Cady has a shot at being the next big thing.
