E! Cancels ‘Busy Tonight’

That didn’t last long.

Seven months after it premiered, Busy Tonight has been axed. Busy Philipps revealed via Twitter that her talk show hasn’t been picked up by E! for a second season.

Well, that’s a bummer. I actually liked Busy Tonight. Sure, it was a poor man’s Watch What Happens Live, but it was fun. Here’s hoping Philipps finds a new home for her show.

The final episode of Busy Tonight will air on Thursday, May 16. Check out Busy’s announcement below.
