The buildup for Britney Spears’ “Hold It Against Me” music video has felt like a lifetime. For days now, we’ve been bombarded with 5-7 second teasers giving us just a brief look at her upcoming visual opus directed by Jonas Akerlund. I almost feel numb from the media blitz. If you can’t wait to see the full clip (like me) when it premiere’s tonight on MTV before a brand new “Jersey Shore“, I’ve got a 30-second preview of the finished product to quench your thirst.
Unlike those annoying teasers, this actually gives you a good look at the music video. I have to say, Brit looks pretty darn hot. She’s got some really sexy come f*ck me hair. The record label must’ve shelled out mucho dineros for this shoot. The set, the scenery, the special effects, it all looks super big-budget. Everything about it looks wicked. Check it out below.

What did you think? Isn’t it great to see Britney back and her “stiff” dancing style? I can’t wait to see the full music video, along with Gaga’s “Born This Way“. It’ll be interesting to see which pop queen comes out on top. With Beyonce and Kelly Clarkson also rumored to be releasing albums this year, 2011 is going to be an epic year in music.

she’s still kinda “circus” dancing…where she stands there, does the arm movements of the back up dancers, flips her hair, but her legs don’t move all that much…

Yeah, there is no way in hell the vid will be as good as it is being hyped up to be. The video will be disappointing just like the song. I expect better.

Looks pretty hot. But that necklace thing around her neck towards the end–a tad cheesy for me. She looks great though. Could be a classic. Ideally, I’d hope there’s a story and not just them dancing around.
