Ready to relive Beychella? Netflix is hoping so. It just debuted the trailer for its upcoming documentary, Homecoming: A Film By Beyoncé, which chronicles the creation of Beyoncé‘s historic 2018 Coachella performance.
“Homecoming presents an intimate look at Beyoncé’s historic 2018 Coachella performance that paid homage to America’s historically black colleges and universities. Interspersed with candid footage and interviews detailing the preparation and powerful intent behind her vision, Homecoming traces the emotional road from creative concept to cultural movement.”
Fittingly, the film will arrive on the streaming service on Wednesday, April 17. Perfectly sandwiched in between this year’s two Coachella weekends. The 37-year-old singer stole last year’s show and appears she’ll do it again. And this time around, she’s not even performing at the festival. Stunt queen 😉
Watch the trailer below which features a voiceover by Maya Angelou.
