After an 18-month battle with lymphoma, Spartacus: Blood and Sand actor Andy Whitfield passed away last September at the young age of 39-years-old.
Now a new documentary called “Be Here Now: The Andy Whitfield Story” will show what his remaining days were like and what he had to go through. As the description reads, “This is Andy’s story, but it also about having the courage to make your dreams come true, tackling your fears and living in the present, despite the potential outcome. This film is for anyone who has ever faced a challenge in their lives.” The “Be Here Now” part comes from the matching tattoos that he and his wife got, vowing to each other that they would beat the cancer together but also live life in the present, not in the shadows, every step of the way.
Grab a kleenex and check out the touching and inspiring trailer for the film documentary below.
