I’m sorta in an Aussie state of mind this weekend, given this post and my previous one about the sexy elevator ride yesterday. What can I say, I love the land down under, especially after visiting it recently. The only thing that would make it better is if the gays were allowed to marry.

Fashion magazine Marie Claire has taken a bold step to legalize gay marriage in Australia. The publication teamed up with the marriage-equality campaign, “I Do“. Together they’ve enlisted several Aussie celebrities to don the “I Do” tees and declare those two all-important words. From Rachel Griffiths (Muriel’s Wedding) to another Rachel, former “Grey’s Anatomy” star Rachael Taylor, celebrities from any profession are included in the clip. A real-life gay couple of many years is also part of the montage.

Speaking of gay, cutie Olympic diver Matthew Mitcham is shown in the video along with super hot rugby player David Pocock. Now that’s some “pocock” I’d like to get in a rugby scrum with. That beefy 24-year-old athlete is all kinds of sexy. Watch him along with other Aussies and Scary Spice Mel B (WTF is she doing there???) say “I Do” below.

Props to Marie Claire for putting the gay marriage issue front and center on their magazine. Can you picture any US publications doing the same thing for marriage equality in the States? If so, which one.
