Brazil was just beat out in the World Cup today by The Netherlands, in a 2-0 ending score. Perhaps if Carlos Dunga had called up on one of his hottest star players, Alexandre Pato (Full Name: Alexandre Rodrigues da Silva) to play on the team for the tournament, the outcome may have been different. 20 year old Pato was quite disappointed to have not been included, after having totally proven himself in recent years and beating their teams scoring records (previously held by Pela) in the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Since 2007, (when he was only 18) Pato was engaged to Brazilian actress Sthefany Brito, two years older than him. They split up in January 2009 due to the struggles of a long-distance relationshi, but later got back together in July of that same year and got married. But, a couple months ago Pato and Sthefany brok up and his wife blamed Pato’s party animal lifestyle the reason for their split. To be fair, they got married super young! Despite his broken heart, Pato is thing is getting photographed making the symbol of a heart with his hands. How cute!
