Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean Releases Another Country Single, ‘Night Visions’

AJ McLean first dabbled in the genre when the Backstreet Boys collaborated with Florida Georgia Line on “God, Your Mama and Me.” Guess that experience was a fulfilling one because he decided to pursue a career in country music all by himself.

When he released “Back Porch Bottle Service” back in June, I assumed it was just a one-off country single. Guess I was wrong, because the 40-year-old singer just dropped another country-pop offering. AJ McLean the country recording artist is a real thing and here to stay.

“The premise of ‘Night Visions’ is all about love — the good and the bad,” the singer tells Entertainment Tonight. “The feelings that stay even after you’ve broken up and the devastating sadness of knowing that person is still there with you in your mind and heart.”

Check out the “Night Visions” music video below directed by his longtime friend Rene Elizondo Jr. The clip also features a cameo from his daughter.
