Janet Jackson To Receive Global Icon Award At 2018 MTV EMAs

2018 has been great for Janet Jackson. The 52-year-old legend has been receiving honor after honor this year.

First came the Billboard Music Icon Award , then Black Girls Rock! Awards, BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards and Radio Disney Music Awards lifetime honors soon followed. MTV just announced Jackson will receive its Global Icon Award at the 2018 MTV EMAs in Bilboa, Spain on Sunday, November 4. Here’s hoping the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame finally inducts Janet this year despite being eligible since 2007 and been nominated three times prior. #JUSTICEFORJANET
